Restaurant makeover! This is Il Mercato in West Kelowna. It was a full gut renovation but it’s hard to miss how the painting and finishing creates such a striking feel. If you want fresh pasta dishes with bold flavours, stop in and say hi to Trevor at Il Mercato. it.s an absolute gem.
All of these images are from an extensive renovation on a sturdy 1978 build. This time capsule was a joy to work on, seeing elements of the time period transform into modern function and beauty makes for a satisfying project. A picture is truly worth a thousand words with this home.

This customer struck a perfect balance between buying new and repainting the old to create a stunning home. Some primer and paint on all the kitchen and bathroom cabinets allowed for a recurring bold feature colour. Once we flattened the ceilings, added the new heavier mouldings, a few dozen pot lights and voila! The home had a whole new feel!
When you want to add a little extra to your den with crown mouldings and a built in bookcase. Is that custom cabinetry or some clever work with Ikea shelves? Once it was all prepped and sprayed it look incredible!

Always love working on time capsule houses: Clean, well cared for places that bring you back in time. Granted the early 90’s wasn’t that long ago, right? This couple was ready for a change and I think it worked out marvellously
While at first glance this doesn’t appear to display any sort of painting prowess, it is an example of how we can deal with natural wood. This absolute unit of a wine rack was built with rough-sawn Douglas Fir, and was treated for aesthetics and longevity with stain and a satin clear. The maple ladder on rollers was given the same care in what turned out to be quite a display at Il Mercato in West Kelowna.
